About Milan
Hi, I’m a digital strategist, SharePoint consultant, working as CTO for a US MNC. I started this blog to share insights, solutions, and the occasional hard-earned lesson from years spent helping businesses make smarter use of platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerShell, and AI.

My professional life revolves around turning chaos into clarity: building intranets that employees love, automating what shouldn't be manual, and translating enterprise jargon into plain English. Whether I’m diving into SPFx web parts, mapping out an intranet strategy, or wrangling Copilot prompts to behave, I aim to bridge the gap between business needs and tech capabilities—with as little fuss as possible.

This blog is where I unpack real-world scenarios, share how-to guides, and occasionally reflect on the weird and wonderful world of modern workplace tech. If that sounds like your cup of SharePoint, stick around.
My Story
I didn’t set out to become a solutions architect—but somewhere between designing my first SharePoint 2001 intranet and scripting my twentieth SharePoint web part, I realized I had developed an odd affection for solving the kinds of digital problems most people avoid. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience—helping teams modernize their workflows, govern their content, and get the most out of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

My background spans web development, enterprise IT consulting, and business analysis. Along the way, I’ve contributed to major intranet redesigns, led SharePoint Online migration efforts, and developed governance frameworks that keep sprawling content ecosystems under control. I’ve worked with everyone from government agencies to startups, bringing structure to chaos and clarity to confusion.

I’m also a published writer and courseware developer, having authored professional training content and thought leadership articles on topics like AI in the digital workplace, document management strategies, and Copilot readiness. My work focuses on demystifying technology for real-world use—less hype, more help.

When I’m not immersed in metadata or buried in PowerShell, I’m usually exploring how AI is reshaping the modern workplace—or just trying to convince Copilot to cite its sources correctly.
